Beginning with a questionnaire of 81 questions, this book leads you to discover what might be holding you back from healing. Various techniques like Emotional Freedom Technique and Thought Field Therapy are introduced as well as many other ideas of ways to approach the healing process.
The book would require a commitment of time and energy as it really is more of a workbook than one simply to read. Having said that, though, just reading the ideas and some of the stories in the book could prove to be very helpful and supportive.
