The Impersonal Life

The Impersonal Life
by Joseph S. Benner

Just about everyone I know has cut their metaphysical teeth on this little book. TarcherPerigee has done us all a huge service by reissuing The Impersonal Life and has included four bonus works by the same author: The Way Out, The Way Beyond, Wealth, The Teacher.

The Impersonal Life is for those who seek self-realization, who want to know and live from their soul-self or higher self. It is written as if the soul is talking to the reader and explains what needs to happen so the reader can realize their consciousness is one with all creation, that each of us is an outlet of Divine Will. Everything is addressed from how to think to soul mates.

Written by the American mystic Joseph Benner (1872-1938), who used the pen name Anonymous, he is said to be the first to introduce the “I AM” teachings to the world through this book. The book is inspirational in its directness, should be read slowly to fully absorb its meanings, and could become a lifetime companion.

Elvis Presley fans will be interested in knowing that Elvis was introduced to the book in the 1960s and is said to have given away hundreds of copies over the years and a copy was allegedly with him on the night he died.
