Many of today’s teachings can be traced back to a book written in 1937 by a man named Napoleon Hill. Inspired by a suggestion made by Andrew Carnegie, Hill spent 20 years studying the habits of self-made millionaires. He then condensed his findings into one of the most influential personal development books of the 20th century: Think and Grow Rich, a book that can be used for any type of goal, not only for financial gains.
Over the years, various revised editions of the book have been published. Now the original classic version is once again available. In this interview with Mitch Horowitz of publishing house TarcherPerigee, learn why the book has been republished in it’s original form as well as about Master Mind groups, planning, and about the disappearance of optimism in America.
